Order Cancellation and Modification Policy
Please review the information below before requesting changes to your order.
1 Cancellation and modification window
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Please email us at support@biluxuryjs.com and include your order number and a clear description of the changes you would like to make.
2 Cancellation fee
Order modifications requested within the 24-hour window are free. However, when an order is canceled, a payment-processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 may be deducted from the refund.
This amount is charged by the payment gateway and is not retained by our store.
3 After production begins
Because our products are made to order, cancellation or modification requests may not be accepted once production or printing has started.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
We produce every item on demand and do not keep finished products in stock. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be reused for another customer.
If your delivered order does not meet your expectations, please contact our support team. We will review the situation and provide assistance according to our return and refund policy.
